Gergő is a fourth-year PhD student at the Comparative Politics track of the Doctoral School of Political Science, Public Policy and International Relations at the Central European University. He graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest in International Relations in 2010 and from Central European University in Political Science in 2011. He spent a semester at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania during his PhD studies. Currently, Gergő is also a member of the Political Behavior Research Group at CEU. He is mainly interested in quantitative methods (he was a Teaching Assistant for two mandatory MA courses), political discourse and political trust.
