Anatoly (5th year doctoral student at the International Relations track) takes part in the Visby Programme that provides funding for academic mobility and helps PhD students from the Baltic Sea region to be able to carry out research projects at Swedish universities.
The programme aims to build an integrated, knowledge-based and research-intense region centered on the Baltic Sea and including the EU Eastern Partnership countries and Russia.

In the framework of this program, Anatoly will join the Department of Political Science at Lund University from January for six months, where his work/research will be supervised by prof. Jens Bartelson.
