Elisabetta is a PhD candidate in Comparative Politics at Central European University (CEU) of Vienna and visiting PhD student at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy. She is conducting research on the relation between attitudes and behavior on the issue of environmental protection. Her interests mainly concern political psychology, voting behavior, and public opinion. She has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles as well as research notes for the Italian Center of Electoral Studies (CISE - LUISS). She completed the Excellence Program for Teaching in Higher Education at the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at CEU and has worked as Teaching Assistant for graduate and undergraduate courses, and as instructor for graduate courses. She holds an MA in Political Science and Government from University of Milan, an MRes in Political Science from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Barcelona, and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from LUISS Guido Carli of Rome. During both her BA and her MA studies, she went to Madrid as an Erasmus+ exchange student.
