Doctoral Conferences Offer Insight to CEU's PhD Research

Two high profile graduate conferences were hosted by CEU’s Doctoral School of Political Science, Public Policy and International Relations in early April, featuring PhD candidates’ ongoing research projects at CEU and its partner institutions. The Doctoral School’s traditional Annual Doctoral Conference (ADC) was held on 5 April, followed by the three-day long Graduate Network Conference (GNC), where PhD students from eight leading European universities presented their work in various panels.

EGN’s Graduate Network Conference comes to CEU

PhD candidates from eight leading European universities come together at CEU for this year’s Graduate Network Conference, held in early April in Budapest. The annual meeting of the European Graduate Network will comprise of eight conference panels, where close to 50 young researchers present and discuss their works in the fields of political science, international relation and public policy. The keynote lecture of the conference will be delivered by Professor Kerem Öktem (University of Graz) on academic freedom in Turkey.
